Itinerary
- After you reach Delhi, you will board Volvo at 9 pm for Shimla, and after covering a distance of approx. 370 km, you will reach Shimla between 6 am -7 am of next day.
- After breakfast, Checkout at the hotel.
- Later, move to Local Sightseeing of Kufri & Narkanda.
- Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel near Narkanda.
- After breakfast, check out from your Hotel and depart for Sarahan & then
- Sangla via Karcham.
- Sarah is a captivating hill village & visit the prominent historical Bhimakali temple which has an impressive architecture.
- Your journey from here will take you to another spectacular destination in the middle Himalayas which is also known as Baspa valley – the prettiest valley in Himachal.
- Arrive at Sangla & check into your Hotel.
- After a delicious dinner, have a cozy & comfortable stay.
- After breakfast, explore the vicinity around including an ancient Kamru Fort & Temple dedicated to the Goddess Kamakhya Devi which was brought from Assam.
- After lunch, leave for an excursion to Chitkul – the last village on the old Indo- Tibetan trade route.
- Walk through the green orchards, by a brilliant stream. As the day falls, return to your hotel in Sangla for dinner and an overnight stay.
- After breakfast, this morning, check out from your hotel and drive back to Shimla.
- Enjoy the ride on adventure roads.
- Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

- Guide fee, Camera fee & any monument Entrances
- Medical & Travel insurance.
- Visa Charges.
- Any changes you may choose to make during your tour.
- Additional costs due to flight cancellation, roadblocks, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.
- Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
- Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- 15 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- 0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
- No refund shall be given.
- Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
Reservation, Deposit and Full payment
- Reservations can be made by you anytime during business operating hours.
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour fare or full fare on air component, whichever is higher, is required upon reservation.
- Payment of deposit does not constitute the confirmation of the tour.
- For Package Tours, full payment is required not less than 14 days prior to departure.
- If payment is not received 14 days or less prior to departure, the company reserves the right to forfeit both the deposit and cancel the reservation.
- For other tours, full payment is required upon confirmation.
QUOTATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This is just a quote, no reservations are held yet or booking does not proceed yet.
- The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
- Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.
- The change in dates will attract a re-quote.
- Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
- The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
- There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 – 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
- At check-in, all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card for incidentals. “No Show” is subject to Full Booking Charges.
- The quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during the confirmation & booking process.
