Itinerary

Day 1 :

Arrival at Cairo International Airport Meet and be assisted by our representative and transfer to your hotel and overnight at the hotel

Day 2 :

After breakfast full day visit the Great Pyramids, sphinx, papyrus Museum, Perfumes and natural oils laboratory and Egyptian Museum, Nile dinner cruise and overnight stay at Cairo

Day 3 :

After breakfast check out and fly to Aswan Meet and assist at Aswan international airport and visit the High Dam, Phil’s temple with a felucca in the Nile and the unfinished obelisk then transfer to your Nile cruise check-in and Lunch and dinner on board and overnight stay at Cruise.

Day 4 :

After breakfast at 2 pm selling to god Sopiktemple at Komombo then sail to Edfu.

Day 5 :

Early morning visit Falcon god temple ( Houras Temple at Edfu ) lunch on board and sail to Luxor arrival.
Luxor and visit Karnak temple and Luxor temple dinner and overnight at Luxor.

Day 6 :

After breakfast check out and visit Vally of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple, and Memnon statues and transfer to Luxor airport fly back to Cairo then fly back home.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour fare and full fare on-air component, is required upon reservation.
For Package Tours, full payment is required not less than 14 days prior to departure. If payment is not received 14 days or less prior to departure, the company reserves the right to forfeit both the deposit and cancel the reservation.
For other tours, full payment is required upon confirmation.

The package once booked is refundable and cancellable. Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost.
30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost 15 to 7 days before travel cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given.
Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

Guest are requested to carry their valid Fully Vaccinated Certificate, Visa, and Passport (soft + hard copy).
For Arrival, the Driver will be there at Airport after half an hour of the Schedule Arrival Time and the waiting time will be one hour after the driver reaches the Airport, and the pickup will be considered a No show if the guests don’t show up at this time.
Standard check-in Time in the Hotel is in between 14:00 to 16:00 PM. The check-out time is 12 PM. Always Subject to hotel policy.
Any Amendment in regards to Departure transfers will be accepted only 24- hour prior of Schedule timing in Private transfers.
Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
Any special requests from guest will be as per availability.

The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.
The change in dates will attract a re-quote.
Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 – 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
At check-in, all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card for incidentals. “No Show” is subject to Full Booking Charges.
The quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during the confirmation & booking process.
