Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive at Leh

Arrive Leh in the morning our representative will meet, greet, assist and transfer you to Hotel in Leh. A full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft. 3500 mtrs). Overnight at a hotel in Leh.

Day 2 : Monastery tour

After the morning breakfast visiting the most important monasteries of Ladakh – Shey Palace, Thiksey Gompa, and Hemis monastery. First, we visit the ruined Shey Palace, on the summer palace of the pre-Tibetan kings. The palace monastery houses a large, bronze, blue-haired Buddha statue and next stop at superbly situated, 16th century, Thiksey Gompa, which is perched on a hilltop and continue to visit Hemis Monastery (5 km from Kharu) is also on the cards. Hemis is the largest and richest monastery complex in Ladakh. Drive back to Leh by noon. Stay overnight at the Leh hotel.

Day 3 : Leh - Nubra Valley ( Via Khardongla pass)

Morning Drive to Nubra valley over the Khardung La (18300 feet) highest motorable road in the World. The view from the top of the passes is amazing. One can see all the way south over the Indus valley to the seemingly endless peaks. After explores we drive toward the down Hunder past an area of rolling sand dunes, one can see double hump Camel and visitors can take a camel safari dunes at Hundar. Overnight at Luxury Ladakh Summer camp Hunder.

Day 4 : Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake

In the morning visit / explore Deskit, Hundar, and the Sand Dune where you can enjoy a short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional on direct payment). Later drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok Village crossing Durbuk and Tangste finally reaching The beautiful Pangong lake. After a full day of sightseeing around the Lake check-in at a fixed tented camp near the lake at Spangmik or drive back for 30 km to Tangtse and check into Hotel / Guest House for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 : Pangong Tso – Tso Moriri

Drive to Tsomoriri Lake. It is a breathtaking journey on a trail that is literally a ‘no man’s land. Vast lonely stretches on the Chanthang plateau make this drive one of the best-isolated drives of this tour. En-route visits the faraway settlement of Chul. Tsomoriri is situated at an altitude of 4511m above sea level; with an area of about 140 Sq.km. Spend your evening watching shadows of the surrounding mountain and the varying depths of Tsomoriri lake. Stay in tents cottages at Tso Moriri.

Day 6 : Tsomoriri-Tsokar-Taglangla-Leh (17582 ft.)-Leh- approx 200 kms)

After breakfast retrace the route down to Puga Sumdo and then follow the road across the Polokongka Pass (4920 meters) to visit Tsokar Lake, a salt lake system in the Rupsho plateau which is home to the Changa nomads and support many rare wildlife species. After sightseeing of the area take the Manali-Leh road to return to Leh, crossing Taglang-la (alt: 17,585ft) en- route. Arrive at the hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 : Depart Leh (Fly Out)

After Breakfast transfer to Domestic Airport to catch the flight for you onward Destination

Reservations can be made by you anytime during business operating hours.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour fare or full fare on air component, whichever is higher, is required upon reservation.
Payment of deposit does not constitute the confirmation of the tour.
For Package Tours, full payment is required not less than 14 days prior to departure.
If payment is not received 14 days or less prior to departure, the company reserves the right to forfeit both the deposit and cancel the reservation.
For other tours, full payment is required upon confirmation.

This is just a quote, no reservations are held yet or booking does not proceed yet.
The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.
The change in dates will attract a re-quote.
Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 – 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
At check-in, all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card for incidentals. “No Show” is subject to Full Booking Charges.
The quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during the confirmation & booking process.

Inclusion/Exclusion

Cancellation Policy

The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.
Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost.
30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
15 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
No refund shall be given.
Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
