Itinerary
- Meet at RK Ashram/Majnu ka Tila and overnight travel to Shimla by AC Volvo bus
- Today you will visit the second oldest church in north India Christ Church,
Green Valley, Jakhoo Hills, Jakhu Temple, and explore local Mall Road. - In the evening, enjoy Cafe hopping with a beautiful view of Queen of Hills.
- Back to the hotel in the evening for dinner.
- Overnight stay in Shimla Hotel.
- On arrival do check-in facilities and start exploring the beauty of Mashobra.
- Wake up to a delicious breakfast, your journey will begin with The President Retreat, Reserve Forest Sanctuary also known as Shimla Water Catchmentanct Wildlife Sanctuary, Wild Flower Hall a heritage hotel owned by Oberoi Group of Hotels, and the Italian style villa Craignano.
- In the evening come back to your stay.
- Enjoy a delicious dinner and overnight stay in your Mashobra hotel.
- Post Breakfast and move to explore Kufri, Kufri is one of the beautiful places in the Suburb famous for snow in the wintertime.
- This morning after breakfast at the hotel you will leave for sightseeing at Kufri.
- Tourist spots like Green Valley, Indira tourist park, Himalayan Nature park at Chini Bungalow, and Fagu valley.
- After completing the excursion you will be departing to Shimla Volvo Station.
- Overnight journey to Delhi.
- Reach Delhi by early morning.

- Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities.
- Flight or Ferry / rescheduling / cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots/strikes/war, & etc.
- Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Tour Package Inclusions”.
- Any expenses incurred on extra transport, apart from the ones covered in the package.
- Room service & additional meals. Medical & Travel insurance. GST 5% on Final Billing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.
- Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
- Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- 15 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- 0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
- No refund shall be given.
- Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
Reservation, Deposit and Full payment
- Reservations can be made by you anytime during business operating hours.
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour fare or full fare on air component, whichever is higher, is required upon reservation.
- Payment of deposit does not constitute the confirmation of the tour.
- For Package Tours, full payment is required not less than 14 days prior to departure.
- If payment is not received 14 days or less prior to departure, the company reserves the right to forfeit both the deposit and cancel the reservation.
- For other tours, full payment is required upon confirmation.
QUOTATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This is just a quote, no reservations are held yet or booking does not proceed yet.
- The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
- Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.
- The change in dates will attract a re-quote.
- Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
- The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
- There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 – 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
- At check-in, all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card for incidentals. “No Show” is subject to Full Booking Charges.
