Itinerary
- After you reach Delhi, you will board Volvo at 9 pm for Shimla, and after covering a distance of approx. 370 km, you will reach Shimla between 6 am -7 am of next day.
- After you reach the Shimla bus stand, you will be received by our representative, do a check-in to the hotel and freshen up.
- Now, it is time to enjoy full-day local sightseeing of Shimla. Go to the advanced study center, Sankat Mochan, Vaishno Devi Gufa, Bird Park, Visit Mall, Ridge, Lower Bazaar, and famous Kali Temple, and many other places.
- You can take a little walk in the jungle but make sure you don’t go far; the evening is all yours take a cold breath ride in cool and clean air.
- After having breakfast in the hotel at Shimla, you will leave for a full-day excursion to Kufri and Jakhu. It is one of the best holiday spots in Shimla at an altitude of 2622 mt.
- After sightseeing, we will return to the hotel at Shimla for dinner and overnight stay.
- After breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and then we will move to Narkanda as it will take 2-3 hours.
- Check-in to the hotel in Narkanda.
- After that, visit Hatu Temple followed by local sightseeing and visiting the local market.
- Get back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Wake up and have Breakfast.
- Today you will be going for Sight-seeing Tour.
- Sightseeing Places Covered – Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Kund, Tibetan Monastery, Manu Mandir (Old Manali), Van Vihar, The Mall Road.
- Enjoy the evening stroll to the Manali Market , Mall Road at Night.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
- After having morning breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and drive to Shimla, on the way store the beauty of nature, and from Shimla board Volvo For Delhi.

- Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities.
- Flight or Ferry / rescheduling / cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots/strikes/war, & etc.
- Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Tour Package Inclusions”.
- Any expenses incurred on extra transport, apart from the ones covered in the package.
- Room service & additional meals. Medical & Travel insurance. GST 5% on Final Billing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.
- Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
- Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- 15 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- 0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
- No refund shall be given.
- Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
Reservation, Deposit and Full payment
- Reservations can be made by you anytime during business operating hours.
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour fare or full fare on air component, whichever is higher, is required upon reservation.
- Payment of deposit does not constitute the confirmation of the tour.
- For Package Tours, full payment is required not less than 14 days prior to departure.
- If payment is not received 14 days or less prior to departure, the company reserves the right to forfeit both the deposit and cancel the reservation.
- For other tours, full payment is required upon confirmation.
QUOTATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This is just a quote, no reservations are held yet or booking does not proceed yet.
- The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
- Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.
- The change in dates will attract a re-quote.
- Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
- The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
- There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 – 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
- At check-in, all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card for incidentals. “No Show” is subject to Full Booking Charges.
