Itinerary
- After arrival in Rishikesh, head towards the Ganga Vatika camps site, and check in into the camp. With this Rishikesh tour package, you can indulge in adventure activities like 10 Km. River Rafting. As the day comes to an end, return to your camp and feast on a sumptuous dinner with a bonfire and light music. It’s all for today, now you can rest in the camp below those beautiful stars.
- After breakfast and checking out from the Ganga Vatika camps and travelers
can drive by themselves to the nearest station.

Exclusions
- Any expenses of personal nature such as tips, laundry, telephone calls, fax etc.
- Fee of any water sports activity. Any Kind of Airfare Any kind of drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral, Aerated) Water Sports other activity or Guide charges, if any.
- Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities Flight or Ferry / rescheduling / cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots/strikes/war, & etc.
- Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Tour Package Inclusions”.
- Any expenses incurred on extra transport, apart from the ones covered in the package.
- Room service & additional meals. Medical & Travel insurance. GST 5% on Final Billing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.
- Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
- Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- 15 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- 0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
- No refund shall be given.
- Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
Reservation, Deposit and Full payment
- Reservations can be made by you anytime during business operating hours.
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour fare or full fare on air component, whichever is higher, is required upon reservation.
- Payment of deposit does not constitute the confirmation of the tour.
- For Package Tours, full payment is required not less than 14 days prior to departure.
- If payment is not received 14 days or less prior to departure, the company reserves the right to forfeit both the deposit and cancel the reservation.
- For other tours, full payment is required upon confirmation.
QUOTATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This is just a quote, no reservations are held yet or booking does not proceed yet.
- The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
- Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.
- The change in dates will attract a re-quote.
- Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
- The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
- There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 – 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
- At check-in, all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card for incidentals. “No Show” is subject to Full Booking Charges.
- The quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during the confirmation & booking process.
