Itinerary
- Welcome on arrival at Guwahati Airport / Station and transfer to Shillong.
- En-route visit Umium Lake – created by damming the Umiam River in the early 1960s. The principal catchment area of the lake and dam is spread over 220 square km.
- Overnight stay in Shillong.
- Morning enjoys breakfast and then set out on an excursion trip to Cherrapunjee.
- It is the traditional capital of the Nongkhlaw Hima known as Sohra or Churra.
- Visit Dwan Syiem view point, Noh Kalikai falls, Mawsmai caves, Seven Sister Falls, Eco Park, etc. Later drive back to Shillong.
- Morning enjoys breakfast and then starts the sightseeing covering Ward’s Lake, Shillong Peak – 10 km from the city, offers a panoramic view of this countryside, and is also the highest point in the State, Elephant Falls.
- Afternoon transfer to Guwahati. Situated on the South Bank of the river Brahmaputra this is the largest city of Assam, a major riverine port city, and one of the fastest-growing cities in India. Many ancient Hindu temples are in the city, giving it the name “City of Temples” the most important being Kamakhya Temple.
- Evening at leisure.
- Overnight at the hotel.
- The morning starts the Full day of sightseeing in and around this capital city of Assam, covering Kamakhya Temple – Situated on top of the Nilachal Hill, Maa Kamakhya Temple is the most sacred among the Tantrik shrines of Shakti worship in the world; Balaji Temple, State Museum, Navagraha Temple – dedicated to the nine planets located on the top of Chitrasal Hill, Umananda Temple on Bhasmachal – a Shiva temple located at the Peacock Island – a smallest inhabited riverine island in the world, Sankardeva Kalakhetra – is a cultural institution in the Panjabari area, named after the medieval poet-playwright and reformer Srimanta Sankardev.
- Evening Experience the river cruise Jahajghat/ Machkhowa to Jahajghat/ Machkhowa river Brahmaputra (On Direct Payment). Overnight at Guwahati.
- Morning Departure Transfer to Guwahati Airport / Station Tour Ends.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- The package once booked is refundable and cancellable.
- Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
- Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- 15 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- 0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost.
- No refund shall be given.
- Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
Reservation, Deposit and Full payment
- Reservations can be made by you anytime during business operating hours.
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour fare or full fare on air component, whichever is higher, is required upon reservation.
- Payment of deposit does not constitute the confirmation of the tour.
- For Package Tours, full payment is required not less than 14 days prior to departure.
- If payment is not received 14 days or less prior to departure, the company reserves the right to forfeit both the deposit and cancel the reservation.
- For other tours, full payment is required upon confirmation.

- Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.

- There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 – 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
